This service is NOT a simple gun safety course! It is however a comprehensive program that covers basic firearm safety but is tailored to your specific situation. This course will focus on both the physical side of safety and the mental. Also we will explain the different elements of the legal issues to you so that you can better understand where you stand. Upon completion a comprehensive report will be created and if there are causes that contributed to the incident those will be mentioned and explained as well.

We use neuro science and kinesthetic techniques to teach firearms safety and neuro science to explain the mental side of physical action and decision making.

We do expect everyone who participates in this program to be engaged and participate and 100% honest with us in answering questions.

On the legal side we can discuss the following topics in detail:

• Self Defense (what constitutes self defense, about lethal & non lethal force, stand your ground and castle law and more)

• Menacing / Aggravated Menacing

• Improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle

• Using firearms while intoxicated

• Weapons Under Disability

• Negligent / Accidental Discharge Of A Firearm

• Transportation of a firearm

• Conveyance of a firearm in a school safety zone

• Ownership of an illegal firearm

​This will be billed at our ½ day consulting rate due to the detailed nature of the work being done.
